A legal design project where I redesigned existing Terms & Conditions and tailor-made them for mobile use

The Text
The starting, 'old' Terms & Conditions contained a total of 4 full pages of text.
By conducting interviews with (potential) users and aligning with the client, I worked out how to rewrite the text.
The end product (if you drop down all bars and menus) is 1,5 page long, still contains all necessities and reads like a charm.
Designing for Mobile Experience
By checking out possibilities and drawing I came up with a first draft.
After delivering a first mobile prototype to the client, I tested the updated mobile prototype on users.
Testing the Mobile Experience
Users could test the prototype while I could hear their feedback directly.

Delivery of The Product
After usability testing and a last round of editing I delivered the final product.
Because the client is based in Finland I added a video presentation, where I would normally do the delivery face to face. Also included: PDF and Word files, the Figma project and a project book.
